- Oversee the full life cycle of Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) execution.
- Drive company cash flow efficiency by proactively managing accounts receivable, implementing effective collection strategies, and aggressively minimising ageing and overdue debts.
- Serve as the key bridge between purchasers, panel banks, and external solicitors to expedite loan approvals, clear documentation bottlenecks, and resolve disputes.
- Ensure all sales administration and credit control workflows strictly adhere to the Housing Development Act (HDA), statutory regulations, and internal standard operating procedures (SOP's) to mitigate financial and legal risks.
- Prepare, analyse, and present comprehensive reports on sales conversions, billing milestones, collection forecasts, and loan patterns to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Identify operational gaps and leverage property management software (e.g., IFCA or similar systems) to streamline workflows, reduce administrative lag, and enhance the overall purchaser journey.
skills and requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in property development, specifically within sales administration and credit control.
- Deep, practical understanding of SPA workflows, progress billing mechanisms, and banking loan processes.
