In this role, you will oversee end-to-end customer order fulfilment and serve as the main operational contact to keep delivery pipelines running smoothly.

Coordinate order fulfilment by collaborating with internal regional offices, external suppliers, freight partners, and clients.
Prepare accurate shipping documentation, commercial invoices, and manage inventory tracking activities.
Manage customer inquiries and serve as the point of contact for routine logistics operations.
Resolve delivery issues and assist with local product claims handling.
Perform administrative support functions related to trade and shipment operations.

Minimum Diploma qualification in any business or related field.
2 to 3 years of work experience within trading environments and practical knowledge of incoterms.
Working knowledge of Tier-1 ERP systems or stock management software.
