- Manage the full sales pipeline, from initial inquiry and viewing to negotiation and final closing, ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales gallery, ensuring a premium customer experience and maintaining the highest standards of property presentation.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of prospects and purchasers, utilizing CRM tools to nurture long-term customer relationships.
skills and requirements
