As a Senior Production Planner, you will manage master production schedules and material requirements to ensure seamless manufacturing workflows.

• Develop and execute master production schedules for climate control equipment assembly lines.
• Sequence operational orders to optimize machine utilization and balance line capacity.
• Perform material requirement analysis to track component availability and prevent inventory shortages.
• Partner with engineering units to verify component specifications and routing documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with warehouse, quality, and procurement teams to streamline daily production output.

• Practical background in production scheduling, inventory control, and capacity planning within a discrete manufacturing environment (3-5 years)
• Functional capability using enterprise resource planning systems and numerical spreadsheets.
• Working knowledge of bill of materials, material requirement logic, and shop-floor routing workflows.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail in fast-paced operational settings.
