Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful trends and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into production.
- Translate complex business requirements into data-driven technical solutions.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing production models.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data team members.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3.5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python or R.
- Strong skills in SQL for data extraction and management.
- Hands-on experience with core ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
- Cloud & Tools:
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with model deployment tools and MLOps practices.
