• Support the team in maximising revenue, achieving high occupancy and ensuring the successful execution and commercial sustainability of business plans.

Revenue Maximisation & Occupancy Strategy

• Assist management in executing retail operations, leasing administration, and site activations to maximise revenue and sustain high occupancy rates.
• Support the execution of the asset's business plan, monitoring operational dependencies to ensure long-term commercial sustainability.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding and daily operational support for retail tenants to drive retention and satisfaction.

Facilities & Engineering Maintenance

• Manage and monitor the upkeep of the retail hub, including all outsourced works and technical services provided by appointed vendors (e.g., M&E, facility maintenance, cleaning and landscaping).
• Oversee and coordinate daily operations, including building enhancement projects and technical upgrade activities.
• Act as the primary liaison with the central facilities management department for major works and strategic operational support.

Budget & Financial Administration

• Plan and track the annual operational and maintenance budget versus actual utilization.
• Ensure the timely payment and renewal of all utilities, statutory taxes, licenses, and certificates to maintain full regulatory compliance.

Retail Operations & Event Execution

• Support daily retail operations, footfall-driving programs, campaigns, and marketing events.
• Assist management in ensuring all operational tasks are executed in compliance with company standards and delivered on schedule.

Asset & Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, operating equipment, supplies and inventories related to facilities.
  
  

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil), Building Services, Facility Management, Property Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in facility management, building operations, retail operations or property management.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting commercial operations, leasing processes and budget monitoring.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project and industry-relevant facility management software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
