Injection Molding & Process Management: Oversee all aspects of the plastic injection molding process, including equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to meet exact quality specifications.
Robotic Automation Systems: Handle the setup, maintenance, spare parts planning, and technical troubleshooting of robotic automation integrated with molding operations.
Quality & Compliance Engineering: Develop and maintain core automotive quality documentation, including PFMEAs, Control Plans, Setup Instructions, and Standard Work Instructions.
Quality Systems Adherence: Ensure all processes comply with IATF 16949 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Safety) standards.
Continuous Improvement: Lead Kaizen initiatives to improve cycle times, minimize downtime, reduce scrap, and optimize productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with production and quality control teams to resolve non-conformance issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure full process traceability.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Plastics Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field).
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial manufacturing, specifically within plastic injection molding and automation setups.
Solid working knowledge of IATF 16949 core tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP, MSA, SPC). Experience within the automotive industry is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving capabilities, clear technical reporting, and effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
