In this role, you will be the technical anchor for the assembly line, bridging the gap between R&D designs and physical production. You will be responsible for ensuring that complex electrical schematics are translated into flawless cabinet layouts and wiring standards.
Create comprehensive electrical work instructions, BOMs, and self-inspection checklists based on 3D drawings and signal distribution tables provided by the R&D team.
Independently develop 3D layout designs for electrical cabinets and plan intricate cable routing and bridges using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or EPLAN.
Set standard labor hours for electrical assembly to support manpower planning and cost calculations.
Provide expert technical support on-floor, training production staff and external vendors on wiring standards, installation, and commissioning.

We need a "hardware-first" engineer who understands the mechanics of manpower-heavy assembly lines, specifically within the non-standard automation or machinery industries.
Education: A Degree in Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering field.
Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical assembly and commissioning of non-standard automation systems.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mechanical assembly, pneumatic systems, and basic PLC/servo systems
Software: Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or EPLAN.
