Job Summary
As a Test Integration Engineer, you will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for our client's most complex products. You aren't just managing a schedule; you will drive the technical strategy for validating quality, moving from early New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering builds all the way to high-volume manufacturing (HVM). You will act as the single point of accountability for program delivery, balancing technical risk, schedule, and cost.
Key Responsibilities
Program Ownership: Serve as the sole owner accountable for planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional NPI programs from early engineering builds through HVM and capacity enhancements across different OSATs.
Schedule & Lifecycle Management: Own and manage end-to-end program schedules, including milestone definitions, dependency mapping, status tracking, and clear identification of risks and gaps to plan.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary program interface across Test Engineering, NPI, Operations, OSATs, and external vendors. Drive alignment by setting, managing, and communicating clear expectations.
Risk & Bottleneck Mitigation: Identify and proactively manage program risks, resource constraints, and critical paths. Identify and mitigate technical bottlenecks early (such as hardware dependencies); escalate and resolve issues to maintain delivery commitments.
Reviews & Communication: Plan and lead regular program reviews and stakeholder communication forums to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet strict quality expectations.
Operations Management: Plan and manage activities on the Engineering Tester setups while balancing schedule, cost, quality, and risk to meet product launch timelines.
Strategic Support: Support additional programs and strategic initiatives as assigned based on evolving business needs.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience, with demonstrated program or project leadership responsibility.
Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of ATE platforms such as Teradyne ETS88, uFLEX, and LTXCredence ASL1K (hands-on experience is a major plus, but not mandatory).
Leadership: Proven ability to successfully lead and influence cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and manufacturing functions.
Core Skills: Highly self-motivated with a strong technical foundation and the ability to operate seamlessly across multiple disciplines.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, planning, execution, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and risk-management capabilities in fast-paced environments.
Desired Characteristics & Attributes
Mindset: Strong ownership mindset with a drive to deliver results and make a measurable impact.
Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment with a positive, continuous-learning attitude.
Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Communication: Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills suitable for both technical teams and executive audiences.
