Assess and Standardize Processes: Review Payroll and Time Management processes across multiple countries, document variations, identify inefficiencies and risks, and drive harmonization of key sub-processes for greater consistency.

Strengthen Controls and Compliance: Identify control gaps and process weaknesses, recommend effective controls, and enhance operational stability, compliance, financial integrity, and process discipline.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Time, Finance, and business stakeholders to conduct assessments, facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and validate solutions across a complex multinational environment.

Deliver Practical Transformation Outcomes: Provide hands-on support for process design, mapping, documentation, reporting, implementation roadmaps, and transition handover to ensure sustainable improvements and operational continuity.

Deliverables:

Deliverables based on the defined scope and requirements of the assigned project (sub)workstream

Methodology:

Agile or hybrid project management approach
Regular reporting and checkpoints with project sponsors
