- Supervise, monitor, and manage day-to-day piling and foundation execution works on-site
- Manage key construction stages including site layout, pile positioning, machinery setup, and pile installation
- Coordinate site operations with main contractors, consultants, and site authorities, ensuring precise compliance
- Supervise sub-contractors, piling crews, and site labor, troubleshooting ground level technical issues to maintain high quality control and adhere to project schedules

skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or equivalent

- Direct exposure to specialized piling operations and pile testing procedures
- An ambitious and driven character with solid technical knowledge, site troubleshooting skills, and a practical mindset
- Practical site problem solver with strong sub-contractor and labor management skills
- Willing to relocate to get involved in the entire cycle of project
