As a Sourcing Specialist, you will manage vendor relationships, optimize procurement costs, and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, with a monthly salary up to RM8,000.

• Execute cost structure evaluations and market pricing benchmarks to achieve component cost reductions.
• Oversee vendor performance evaluations and maintain the approved supplier registry using structured scorecard frameworks.
• Lead alternate sourcing programs to secure local and regional component supply for production lines.
• Manage commercial negotiations for procurement contracts, payment terms, and delivery parameters.
• Partner with quality and engineering functions to conduct comprehensive supplier facility audits and component evaluations.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum three to five years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management within a manufacturing environment.
• Practical knowledge of sheet metal, plastic fabrication, or custom engineered components.
• Hands-on proficiency operating enterprise resource planning platforms and product lifecycle management tools.
• Ability to travel on short notice for regional business requirements and supplier facility evaluations.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, procurement, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in managing global supplier networks and international vendor communications- Maadaarin is a plus !
