As a Sourcing Specialist, you will coordinate enterprise material strategies and cultivate international vendor networks to secure long-term manufacturing resilience.

Support extensive procurement blueprints and international request-for-quote workflows to evaluate cost efficiencies for manufacturing components.
Procure direct assembly materials including leadframes, mold compounds, epoxies, bonding wires, and technical packaging materials.
Direct sourcing operations for back-end assembly machinery, advanced hardware components, and equipment spare parts.
Track global industrial trends, expenditure variables, and market supply mechanics to guide strategic category decisions.
Monitor global logistics vulnerabilities and implement operational risk mitigation models to maintain factory continuity.

skills and experience required.

More than five years of professional supply chain experience focused strictly within the semiconductor manufacturing sector.
Deep technical comprehension of back-end direct assembly materials with focused exposure to mold compounds.
Specialized familiarity with raw materials including leadframes, epoxies, bonding wire technologies, and manufacturing packaging materials.
Tertiary qualification in supply chain management, business management, finance, engineering, or a matching analytical discipline.
Proven capability executing multi-variant data evaluation alongside structural sourcing management for production machinery hardware and spare components.
Manage communication and coordinate procurement workflows with suppliers and stakeholders based in China.
