An established international technology company within the B2B iGaming industry is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Malaysia and Thailand. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with strong industry connections and a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships within the online gaming ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by identifying and securing partnerships with online gaming operators, affiliates, and strategic industry partners.
- Promote a portfolio of B2B gaming solutions, including game content, aggregation platforms, API integration services, and white-label solutions.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation, contract execution, onboarding, and account growth.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal Product, Operations, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless client implementation and ongoing success.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings across the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the iGaming sector.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Partnerships within the B2B iGaming industry.
- Existing network of gaming operators, affiliates, platform providers, payment providers, or other relevant industry stakeholders is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Professional proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
