As the Stamping Operations Manager, you will establish, lead, and optimize precision leadframe manufacturing activities to ensure maximum yield and timely delivery.
- Direct daily manufacturing priorities, allocate key resources, and oversee production timelines to meet quality standards.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies and innovative technical solutions to boost operational efficiency and yield.
- Develop standard operating procedures and manage operational workflows across all stamping lines.
- Oversee site compliance regarding health, safety, environmental guidelines, and quality management systems.
- Mentor and coach engineering personnel, serving as a technical bridge to align regional operational strategies.
skills and experience required
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within manufacturing operations, with direct exposure to high-speed stamping processes.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, workflow optimization, and operational yield enhancement.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional engineering teams and foster a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin as this role requires to to serve a lot of Mandarin-speaking clients.
