Architect an annual calendar of psychoeducational workshops for a diverse student body while mentoring and supervising junior counselling staff.

qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a strictly equivalent discipline.
Active status as a Registered Counsellor with the relevant national professional board or licensing body.
A Postgraduate qualification (Master's degree) or advanced specialist certification in clinical counselling/psychotherapy is highly desirable.
Proven expertise in crisis management, cross-departmental collaboration, and supervision.
