positions overview & key responsibilities
- Business Process Owner (BPO) Lead: Act as the strategic process authority for regional supply chain operations. Design, harmonize, and govern end-to-end supply chain workflows, aligning local site requirements with global standards and enterprise system architectures.
- Project Management Specialist: Drive complex, multi-site regional and global transformation projects from initial scoping through full execution. Establish timelines, mitigate risks, direct change management efforts, and report project status to executive steering committees.
- Systems & Process Architecture: Partner with IT and Core Systems teams (SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis RapidResponse) to translate BPO requirements into functional system enhancements, optimized data flows, and actionable reporting tools.
- Operational Optimization & Change Management: Drive regional change enablement, advise on master data structures, and create standard training materials (handbooks). Support site ramp-ups, inventory optimization, working capital reduction, and supply/demand balancing across regions.
requirements & qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience with demonstrated success in a Business Process Owner (BPO) capacity or as a Project Management Specialist.
- Project & Process Expertise: Proven track record in formal project management and operational excellence methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma).
- Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or RapidResponse, supported by a strong understanding of supply chain data architecture.
- Global Alignment: Flexibility to adjust working hours as needed to collaborate effectively across EMEA and APAC time zones.
