Whether you are looking for a structured internship or starting your career as a fresh graduate, this role puts you at the front line of talent discovery. Working side-by-side with experienced recruitment consultants, you will learn how to identify top-tier industry talent, conduct strategic market mapping, and execute persuasive candidate outreach strategies for specialized roles.
- Market & Candidate Mapping: Conduct target market mapping across key industries, competitor landscapes, and functional skillsets to build comprehensive candidate org charts.
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, job portals, and internal databases to build active talent pools for high-volume and niche search assignments.
- Candidate Outreach & Engagement: Initiate direct phone outreach and messaging to passive talent, pitching client opportunities and capturing market interest.
- Phone Pre-Screening: Conduct structured initial phone assessments to evaluate candidates' technical alignment, compensation expectations, notice periods, and career drivers.
skills & experiece required
- Currently pursuing OR freshly graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence.
- Resilient, target-driven mindset with an eagerness to learn headhunting and talent acquisition strategies.
