● Deliver lectures tutorials, clinical teaching, and case-based discussions in Psychiatry and Behavioral.

● Supervise medical students during psychiatric clinical postings, ward rounds, and outpatient sessions.
● Develop teaching materials, assessments, OSCE stations, and learning resources.
● Participate in curriculum development, programme review, and academic quality assurance activities.
● Mentor students academically and supervise research projects.
● Conduct research, publish scholarly work, and participate in academic conferences.
● Support accreditation exercises, faculty committees, community mental health initiatives, and student recruitment activities.
skills and qualifications
● Medical degree (MBBS) recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
● Master's degree / specialist qualification in Psychiatry or equivalent.
● Strong interpersonal, communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
● Registered with MMC with valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) is highly prefferred.
● National Specialist Register (NSR) in Psychiatry is highly preferred.
● Experience in undergraduate or postgraduate medical education.
● Active involvement in research and publications.
● Experience with MQA and accreditation processes will be an added advantage.
