In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse workflows, inventory control, and equipment reconditioning to maintain seamless logistics operations across the facility.
- Supervise daily receiving, storage, and dispatch activities to ensure accurate inventory tracking and on-time distribution schedules.
- Manage the inspection, maintenance, and refurbishment of returned industrial components in compliance with established quality and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and haulage partners to streamline delivery timetables and optimise operational logistics expenditures.
- Guide and develop warehouse supervisory staff and operational personnel, conducting performance evaluations and promoting a secure working environment.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and monitor key facility metrics to enhance space utilisation and operational cost efficiency.
skills and experience required.
- Tertiary qualification in logistics, mechanical engineering, supply chain management, or an equivalent technical field.
- Significant operational background in warehousing or logistics management, ideally within construction materials, formwork, or heavy engineering environments.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with proven ability to lead operational floor teams and enforce workplace safety standards.
- Working knowledge of digital warehouse management platforms, inventory control procedures, and technical documentation.
- Professional communication skills in English and Malay.
