- Assist the Head of Department in developing and implementing strategic operational plans.
- Lead and motivate the team to ensure departmental goals are fully aligned with company objectives.
- Take charge of end-to-end project management, manpower management, resource planning, and client relations.
- Formulate contingency plans to ensure a consistent and stable workforce.
- Implement and manage departmental policies and procedures to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor adherence to compliance standards while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Strategically schedule manpower to maximize operational output within budget.
- Diligently monitor and control costs to optimize project profitability and reduce operational overhead.
- Analyze and resolve on-site issues with speed and accuracy.
- Proactively assess technical challenges and develop robust mitigation plans to minimize risk.
- Conduct random physical inspections across all sites to ensure service delivery meets scheduled standards.
- Identify and implement measures to bridge operational gaps and continuously improve client relationships.
- Provide direction, coaching, and feedback to the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and optimal efficiency.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, service operations, or project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AI productivity tools.
- Demonstrated strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
