The Role
As an Audit Associate 2 / Senior Associate in the General Assurance practice, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality audit services. You will move beyond standard compliance to act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex financial reporting landscapes, mitigate risks, and enhance their operational transparency.

Key Responsibilities
- Audit Execution: Plan, execute, and finalize statutory audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring strict compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IFRS.
- Risk Assessment: Perform comprehensive financial analysis, evaluate internal control systems, and identify potential audit risks or operational inefficiencies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with client management, addressing technical accounting queries and communicating audit findings clearly.
- Project Management: Manage audit timelines effectively, ensuring deliverables are met without compromising on quality or regulatory standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Audit Managers and Partners while providing on-the-job coaching and guidance to newer associates during fieldwork.
Key Requirements
- Education: A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Candidates who have completed or are actively pursuing a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA) are highly preferred.
- Experience: Approximately 1 - 4 years of hands-on experience in external audit.
