- Branding Strategy & Execution: Formulate and manage the comprehensive brand identity across all physical and digital platforms, supervising project naming conventions, creative assets, and visual guidelines.
- Place-making & Activation: Concept, plan, and execute annual place-making activities, community programs, public space activation's, and destination events to enhance overall place experience and engagement.
- Trademark & Intellectual Property Management: Conduct trademark searches, oversee IP registration and renewals in coordination with legal advisers, and maintain the central register for project-related assets.
- Investor Collateral & Content Creation: Translate complex master planning and development data into compelling investment decks, brochures, project profiles, and multimedia content.
- Consultant & Stakeholder Management: Direct external branding agencies, creative teams, event coordinators, and legal counsel, ensuring project deliverable meet strict quality standards and budget limits.
- Governance & Legal Coordination: Prepare work plans and A&P budgets while reviewing agreements, compliance requirements, and brand governance risks alongside internal legal teams.
skills and requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Branding, Business Administration, Property Development, Law, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in place branding, township development, corporate communications, place-making, or investor relations.
- Technical Proficiency: Proven track record in developing investor decks and creative collateral, with familiarity in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Legal & IP Exposure: Working knowledge of trademark registrations, brand protection, and legal contract coordination for branding and event activities.
