Direct the comprehensive financial operations for multiple manufacturing facilities, driving advanced plant accounting, inventory valuation, and production cost analysis.
Formulate strategic commercial insights through regular variance evaluations, corporate financial forecasting models, and comprehensive profit-margin assessments.
Supervise the preparation of consolidated management reports, annual business plans, and statutory financial disclosures for submission to executive leadership.
Establish robust internal control frameworks, corporate governance protocols, and risk mitigation policies while overseeing regional accounting teams.
Manage high-level external compliance operations, supervising relationship management with corporate tax agents, external auditors, and statutory authorities.
Proven leadership experience heading a complete corporate finance division at an executive level within the high-volume manufacturing sector.
Deep technical expertise across corporate financial planning, statutory taxation compliance, financial reporting, and comprehensive factory cost accounting.
Advanced linguistic proficiency in Mandarin and English, with the absolute ability to speak, read, and interpret business documents and corporate statements in Mandarin.
