- Strategic Planning & Capital Allocation: Execute long-term corporate strategies, project development master plans, and annual budgets for Board approval, ensuring seamless alignment with the Group's growth vision.
- Operational & Project Oversight: Provide general oversight across all business activities, developing and implementing progressive policies to optimize cross-functional efficiency, construction workflows, and overall company performance.
- Enterprise & Real Estate Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage both corporate-level and project-specific risks (e.g., market volatility, regulatory changes, project delays). Formulate robust mitigation strategies to safeguard the Group's assets.
- Financial Governance & Control Systems: Supervise the Group’s financial health and reporting mechanisms.
- Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning: Continuously analyze local, national, and international real estate trends, macroeconomic indicators, and governmental shifts.
- Inspirational Team Leadership: Provide strong, clear leadership to the executive management, property, steering them effectively toward achieving the Group's milestones, KPIs, and operational objectives.

skills and requirements
- Minimum 10–15 years of successful executive leadership experience as a CEO, or top-tier C-suite executive within a property developer.
- Proven history of steering large-scale organizations through major expansion phases, portfolio transformations, or high-value developments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
