Oversee the design, development and implementation of technology platforms, systems and infrastructure.
Lead and manage engineering and IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Drive digital transformation initiatives and identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, automation and cloud solutions.
Ensure the scalability, security, reliability and performance of the company's technology infrastructure and systems.
Establish technical standards, best practices and governance frameworks across technology functions.
Manage technology budgets, resources, vendors and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with senior management and business stakeholders to identify technology opportunities and deliver business value.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in technology, software engineering or IT, with substantial experience in senior leadership positions.
Proven track record in developing technology strategies and leading large-scale technology initiatives.
Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, cloud infrastructure and modern technology solutions.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing multidisciplinary technical teams.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, data protection and technology risk management.
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
