Driven by innovation and high-volume manufacturing excellence, our client is actively seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead quality governance, drive continuous improvement, and manage key global customer accounts.

• Deliver on-site technical support and guidance to customers regarding quality inquiries and field application challenges.
• Manage customer complaints with prompt, structured responses, driving thorough root-cause investigations and implementing robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct internal and supplier audits to verify CAPA implementation effectiveness and prevent defect recurrence.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to address product quality concerns proactively and minimize material returns (RMA).
• Perform regular customer visits to evaluate technical requirements, follow up on open quality issues, and reinforce client relationships.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to coordinate customer audits and drive key strategic projects.
