We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join an expanding security team responsible for protecting enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms and business-critical systems.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you will work across multiple cybersecurity domains including infrastructure security, cloud security, identity management, vulnerability management and security operations. You will collaborate closely with infrastructure, cloud and application teams to strengthen the organization's overall security posture.
This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving technical challenges while working with modern enterprise security technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure and maintain enterprise cybersecurity solutions across cloud, network and endpoint environments.
- Manage and improve Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and endpoint security controls.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, security reviews and remediation activities to reduce cyber risk.
- Monitor security events, investigate incidents and support incident response activities.
- Support cloud security initiatives across AWS and other enterprise cloud platforms.
- Perform infrastructure security hardening and ensure systems comply with security standards and best practices.
- Work closely with infrastructure, cloud and application teams to implement secure solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide security recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen enterprise cybersecurity capabilities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity Engineering, Infrastructure Security or Security Operations.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies such as:
- Firewalls
- Endpoint Security (Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Trellix, SentinelOne or similar)
- Vulnerability Management
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- SIEM / Security Monitoring
- Cloud Security
- Good understanding of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, networking and virtualization technologies.
- Experience supporting AWS cloud environments and cloud security best practices.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls or PCI DSS.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python or Bash is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as Security+, CEH, CISSP, CCSP, Microsoft Security, AWS Security Specialty or equivalent.
- Experience with Zero Trust Architecture, Microsoft Security ecosystem or cloud-native security platforms.
- Exposure to DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or container security is an added advantage.
