About the Opportunity
Are you a Due Diligence or Risk Governance professional with experience managing third-party risk assessments, partner onboarding, and regulatory documentation?
Randstad is currently partnering with a leading global wealth solutions and specialty insurance brokerage to recruit an Assistant Manager – Due Diligence based in Kuala Lumpur. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Head of Due Diligence, this key operational risk role supports global entities and works closely with business teams across multiple jurisdictions to run core due diligence, partner agreement workflows, and third-party risk management activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven professional to oversee global referral partner networks and due diligence operations.
Key Responsibilities
Referral Partner (RP) Onboarding & Governance: Assist in all RP approval workflows, including business case compilations, RP register maintenance, and monitoring OPEX to ensure timely updates.
Agreement Preparation: Prepare formal agreements once business cases are approved by leadership.
Third-Party Risk & Due Diligence: Coordinate and run responses to external third-party referral partners and insurance carriers' due diligence requests, ensuring high accuracy, consistency, and timely submission.
Document Library Management: Maintain and update the centralized due diligence documentation library for global audit and compliance readiness.
Process Improvement & Analytics: Contribute to process optimization, workflow automation, and data analytics initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and risk coverage.
Cross-Entity Administration: Support global entities and collaborate with commercial teams to manage business administrative activities seamlessly.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
Language Skills: Strong command of written and spoken English; ability to speak Chinese to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders.
