about the job
- Act as the technical consultant and pre-sales support for customers, understanding application requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, application evaluations, and proof-of-concept testing using specialized equipment.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and evaluation findings for customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to customize solutions and configurations based on customer needs.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain market competitiveness.
- Work closely with international suppliers and partners on technical discussions, product evaluations, and application development.
- Deliver technical training and product support to customers and channel partners.
- Travel locally and occasionally overseas to support customer engagements and technical projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience or exposure within the semiconductor or electronics industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of semiconductor analysis, testing, or characterization equipment is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Mandarin communication skills will be an added advantage due to regional business interactions.
- Willingness to travel for customer support and technical activities.
