about the job
- Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team eg; other functional consultant and busines analyst, technical consultant / developer, project manager and others
- Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
- Execute proper business requirements gathering and translating them into workable ERP solution.
- Constant initiatives of process analysis and recommend improvements to drive operational efficiency.
- Configure ERP to meet business requirements while adhere to regulatory standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving application or process issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Preparing and maintaining clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents, as well as delivering end-user training.
about the manager/team
The role is an individual contributor role where you will also be working with other functional, technical consultant, business analyst and project manager on a daily support role of the Manufacturing ERP system.
about requirements:
- Someone who has at least 4 years of experience in any ERP within implementation project and/or support (L2/L3) is an added but not compulsary.
- Someone with at least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation projects is an added but not compulsary.
- Someone with exposure in either cloud or on-premise is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Someone with exposure in either one of these programming languages ; Microsoft VB.Net / SQL is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Someone with exposure in either one of these database management systems (MS SQL Server / Oracle) or networking principles is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Someone with experience on Project Management & Vendor Management is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Someone with at leadership experience is an added advantage but not compulsary (this is individual contributor role)
- Someone within Manufacturing industry experience is mostly sought after but not compulsary.
