We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to support and manage the company's financial operations. Reporting directly to the COO, this role requires a hands-on, analytical professional capable of working independently to ensure smooth financial operations and long-term business sustainability. You will play a key role in supporting business decision-making through timely financial insights, managing cash flow, and ensuring the absolute integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Provide valuable financial insights and recommendations to support strategic management decision-making.

• Budget & Cash Flow Management: Track and report on budget performance, identifying any deviations and proposing corrective actions. Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure liquidity and prepare regular cash flow forecasts.

• Accounting Operations: Manage the full accounts payable and receivable processes. Ensure the timely collection of receivables, prompt payment of invoices, and seamlessly reconcile customer accounts to resolve any discrepancies.

• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports, including detailed aging reports. Maintain accurate documentation and up-to-date financial records for reference and auditing purposes.

• Taxation & Compliance: Manage SST and WHT submissions and compliance reports. Assist in tax planning, compliance, and filing activities in collaboration with external Tax Agents. Ensure strict compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.

• Audit Support & Ad-hoc: Assist in audit activities and serve as a liaison with external auditors. Provide support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Key Requirements

• Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA and CPA are highly preferred.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and standard accounting practices. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.

• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A high level of accuracy, integrity, and strict adherence to confidentiality.

• Attributes: Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
