As a Freight Operations Coordinator, you will oversee multi-modal shipment executions and client communications.
- Manage end-to-end air and ocean freight bookings while tracking shipment milestones to ensure timely delivery and proactive client updates.
- Prepare and verify essential transport documentation, including bills of lading, airway bills, commercial invoices, and packing manifests.
- Evaluate client shipping requirements to recommend cost-effective transit modes while clarifying international trade terms and liability parameters.
