• A bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, ideally complemented by certified boarding practice training.
• A proven track record of upholding child-protection standards and implementing robust safeguarding protocols to ensure a secure, compliant residential environment.
• Deep experience in managing the emotional and physical well-being of people, providing high-quality pastoral care to students from diverse backgrounds.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a boarding house environment, with strong skills in managing day-to-day operations.
