Strategic Asset Management: Oversee the strategic management of a diverse portfolio of retail spaces and mall assets, ensuring long-term value creation.
Asset Revitalization: Spearheaded the development and implementation of revitalization strategies to expedite post-pandemic recovery and enhance operational efficiency through cost optimization and streamlined procurement.
Strategic Repositioning: Formulated and executed new retail positioning plans to sharpen market competitiveness, successfully diversifying the tenant mix and increasing mall footfall.
Full-Spectrum Operations: Direct day-to-day Centre Management, encompassing finance and credit control, retail leasing, contract negotiations, marketing and placemaking, carpark operations, and integrated facilities management (technical and non-technical).

skills and experience required

Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 10 years of experience in retail mall management, property management, or commercial leasing.
At least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
Experience managing shopping malls or mixed-use developments is preferred.
Strong financial and commercial acumen.
Good understanding of mall operations, facilities management, and tenant fit-out processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
