This role connects property owners with our design solutions by managing the client journey from initial consultation to final proposal. You will serve as the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth sales process alongside our project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable property makeover packages.
Follow up on company-provided leads and actively build a pipeline through networking.
Prepare accurate project proposals, cost quotations, and design presentations.
Coordinate closely with internal designers and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain excellent client relationships by providing helpful updates and resolving issues.
Skills & Experience Required
- 2+ years of experience in sales, high-ticket customer service, or interior project management.
- Good operational skills with experience handling quotations, proposals, and basic research.
- A natural interest in interior design, home styling, and property trends.
- Possession of own transport to travel reliably to various project locations.
