- Manage and execute the group’s real estate strategy across worldwide markets.
- Revisit and rethink the role of the company’s global real estate portfolio to maximize value creation.
- Ensure regional and international real estate projects directly align with overall corporate objectives.
- Guide and support the operational evolution of business model across markets.
- Define, unify, and roll out standardized project management methods, tools and best practices globally.
- Collect performance indicators (KPIs), assess operational risks and prepare regular reports for executive leadership.
- Provide functional, methodological, and logistical support across all levels of the real estate division.
- Support daily team planning, meeting preparation and event execution.
- Drive internal team animation, build team culture, and federate actors across international borders.
- Handle administrative financial tasks, budget tracking and procurement coordination across the division.
- Oversee workplace safety standards, HR compliance and functional management across international sites.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the retail or real estate industry.
- Proven track record in rapid business expansion within relevant sectors (e.g., retail, real estate).
- Open-minded, adaptable, and agile with a continuous learning mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sports and an active lifestyle (actively engaged, professional athlete background not required).
- Willingness and ability to travel across Asia and Europe.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Strong organizational precision, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Proven capability in meeting preparation, event execution, and stakeholder support.
- Strong mastery of professional social networks and modern collaboration tools.
