projects
● Manage daily IT operations aligned with ITIL standards (incident,
● Provide backup support for both frontend and backend IT operations
● Oversee all IT infrastructure including client devices, servers,
networking equipment, cabling, and datacentres,
skills and experience required
● 3+ years of hands -on experience in IT infrastructure, system
administration, and support.
● Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Cisco, Firewall, System Management, Linux Installation, Powershell Scripting
● Strong experience with Windows Server, Windows clients, Active
Directory, and Intune
● Strong communication skills in English
