We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Junior Buyer / Taskforce Support professional to join our team at Puchong to help stabilize and optimize our electronics supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the taskforce team in stabilizing supply chains in the electronics area by collecting data, performing basic analyses, and preparing decision-making inputs.
• This role is intended for graduate students who can quickly take over operational support tasks. Responsibilities include data preparation (e.g. SAP, Excel), maintaining tracking lists, supporting reporting, and following up with suppliers.
• The focus is on reliable execution, fast onboarding, and providing flexible capacity for data-driven and coordination tasks within the taskforce.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. (Open to fresh graduates and postgraduate students looking for operational experience).

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, pivot tables, basic formulas) is highly essential.

  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong advantage.
