skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 15 years of experience in retail mall management, including 10 years in a leadership role.
- Strong track record in mall leasing is an added advantage.
- High drive, strong business acumen, and excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
