Lead, coach, and inspire the Student Services team to achieve operational KPIs, while developing strategic work plans that align with broader institutional goals.
Analyze student needs to architect proactive strategies, wellness initiatives, and responsive, student-centric interventions that elevate overall engagement and retention.
Optimize departmental efficiency by designing, reviewing, and continuously upgrading operational workflows, policies, and service standards.
Provide strict oversight for student database management, ensuring meticulous record accuracy, absolute confidentiality, and total compliance with institutional audit requirements.
skills and qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, Psychology, Public.
• Administration, Student Affairs, or related discipline. Master’s is an added advantage.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Student Services, Student Affairs, Higher Education.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and student management systems.
