Supervise daily production activities to meet planned output and customer demand.
Develop and execute production plans, ensuring on-time delivery through resource management.
Monitor production performance, address gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and control production costs, including manpower and resource utilization.

Ensure strict adherence to work instructions, standard operating procedures, and manufacturing methods.
Support resolution of quality issues, maintain process controls, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

Lead, manage, and coach operators and line leaders across shifts.
Support manpower planning, attendance management, workforce discipline, and skills training.
Apply basic problem-solving tools to resolve daily production challenges.

Ensure compliance with safety rules, legal requirements, and Versigent EHS policies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and environmentally responsible shopfloor.
Identify and follow up on unsafe conditions/acts; support risk assessments and incident investigations.
