- Direct daily on-site mechanical and electrical installations to align with project specifications.
- Coordinate progress timelines and resource schedules with main contractors and specialized technical partners.
- Monitor equipment testing protocols and quality assurance checks to ensure full compliance with design standards.
- Supervise project documentation, variation orders, and material schedules to maintain budget controls.
- Facilitate regular site reviews and technical alignment meetings to resolve operational challenges.

- Practical background handling site execution or engineering coordination for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with commercial developments, high-rise building services, or industrial site operations.
