Order & Shipment Management
- Handle end-to-end order processing: taking, entry, confirmation, and tracking.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service for timely execution.
- Monitor inventory availability and support delivery scheduling.
- Respond to urgent orders and unexpected operational changes promptly.
Documentation & Finance Support
- Prepare and organize shipping documents and reconciliation files.
- Assist with electronic/paper invoicing and provide basic accounting support.
- Maintain financial and regulatory documentation related to orders.
System & Admin Support
- Utilize SAP / ERP systems for data maintenance and shipment monitoring.
- Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support and coverage during team leave.
Candidate Requirements
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years in order management, sales admin, logistics, or shipping documentation.
- Experience in fast-paced environments (Trading, Distribution, or Manufacturing) is preferred.
