- Integrate OT endpoint telemetry, health checks and security alerts into central monitoring platforms, dashboards and ITSM systems.
- Develop automation for routine operational activities, including software packaging, updates and remediation using scripting tools.
- Investigate and troubleshoot OT endpoint security incidents, conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Manage security policies, allow/deny lists, application control and signature tuning to ensure stable security operations within production environments.
- Collaborate with internal OT/IT stakeholders, production teams and external integration partners to support deployments, upgrades and lifecycle management.
- Maintain technical documentation, including operational runbooks, architecture diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support compliance, audit readiness and continuous security improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the organisation's OT security roadmap and alignment with Microsoft Defender and XDR initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with TXOne Stellar, Portable Inspectors, Malware Check Stations or equivalent OT-focused endpoint security solutions.
- Strong understanding of OT environments, including legacy operating systems, network segmentation, production constraints and industrial safety considerations.

- Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Defender ecosystem, particularly Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) and Extended Detection and Response (XDR).
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work closely with production teams and external service providers.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.
