We are looking for an OT Security Technical Officer to play a key role in strengthening and advancing cybersecurity across industrial and operational technology environments.
You will be responsible for defining, evaluating and improving OT security concepts and controls across platforms and technologies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing OT security controls aligned with IEC 62443, NIST and other relevant standards
- Enhancing OT security architecture, including network segmentation, IT/OT identity separation, secure remote access and device hardening
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and strengthening security controls across ICS/SCADA environments
- Translating technical cybersecurity risks into business and operational impact
- Working closely with engineering, plant, maintenance and IT security teams to embed security into operational processes
- Supporting continuous improvement across OT security, threat detection and resilience capabilities
