In this role, you will coordinate key master planning and architectural submissions to secure timely authority approvals for ongoing development projects.
- Coordinate layout plans, building designs, and technical documentation with external architectural and engineering consultants
- Liaise directly with local authorities and statutory bodies to track submission statuses and ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor planning submission timelines and perform thorough checks on all documentation prior to official submission
- Maintain structured records, submission tracking logs, and official correspondence with external stakeholders
- Compile monthly progress reports and status updates on authority approvals for senior leadership review
skills and experience required.
- Possess a recognized Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience working within architectural or engineering consultancy firms, or real estate development environments
- Practical knowledge of local authority submission procedures and planning guidelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with familiarity in CAD software or planning tools considered advantageous
- Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with regulatory bodies and project teams
