• Leadership & Team Execution: Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of production operators and technicians to hit daily output goals while maintaining low rejection rates.
• Operational Discipline & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, work procedures, continuous improvement practices, and high standards of housekeeping across the production floor.
• Bridge Technical & Cross-Border Communication: Serve as the key communication liaison between on-site technical/support teams from China and local Malaysia operations to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and alignment.
• People Management & Training: Conduct team training, manage onboarding records, and handle employee grievances or disciplinary matters promptly.
• Reporting & Tracking: Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production metrics and operational reports to the Manufacturing Manager.

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with direct team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
