about the job
We are looking for a VAPT Senior Manager to join our growing cybersecurity team. This is a client-facing role combining cybersecurity consulting, solution design, technical pre-sales and business development.
You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their technical and business requirements, design suitable cybersecurity solutions, and support the sales process from initial engagement through to delivery handover.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their cybersecurity requirements and business needs.
- Develop and present appropriate cybersecurity solutions and technical proposals.
- Support RFI, RFP and RFQ responses, mapping requirements to relevant security solutions.
- Provide technical presentations and solution demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Work closely with internal delivery teams, partners and licensees to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support international business development initiatives and engagements with overseas partners.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity technologies, services and industry developments.
What we are looking for:
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture or technical business development.
- Strong experience translating client requirements into technical and commercial cybersecurity solutions.
- Good knowledge of VAPT, security assessment, incident response, digital forensics and cybersecurity advisory.
- Strong cybersecurity solution design, consulting and advisory capabilities.
- Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and solution mapping.
- Mandatory: CREST certification such as CRT, CCT Inf or CCT App.
- CEH, CEH Practical or ECSA certification would be an advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, IT, Digital Forensics or a related discipline.
- International business development or experience working with overseas partners would be an advantage.
