Serve as the highest escalation point and subject matter expert for complex infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, security, and platform issues across enterprise environments
Own, troubleshoot, and resolve multi-layered problems involving Wintel, AD, Azure/M365, Exchange, hybrid identity, DNS/DHCP, GPO, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), endpoint management, and security tooling

skills and experience required

At least 7-10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure environment and cloud in an MSP or IT Solutions Provider environment
Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO design, hybrid identity (AAD Connect, Entra ID), M365 ecosystem and virtualization technologies
Strong communication to business stakeholders or clients
